Which receipts are still missing?
Load the transactions of your card or account as CSV and your invoices as PDF. The tool matches each transaction with the right receipt, shows what's missing and packs everything as a ZIP for your tax accountant.
- Free
- No sign-up
- Amounts from fixed rules, not from an AI
Drop transactions and receipts
Invoices that only come as an email: in your mail program choose "Print" and "Save as PDF", then drop them here too.
Receipts without a matching transaction
The tool reads amounts with fixed rules, not with AI. It looks for "Total", "Gesamtbetrag" and similar words and matches to the cent. It can't read scanned PDFs without text.
Ready for your tax accountant
No renaming by hand, no list in your head. The ZIP is sorted so your tax accountant knows right away what's missing.
Belege/ Every invoice with date and amount in its name
The name starts with the date. So the receipts line up in the right order by themselves.
Fehlende-Belege.txt What's still missing
Date, amount and reference of every transaction without a receipt. Work through the list before you hand it in.
Uebersicht.csv The whole table
Opens in Excel and LibreOffice. Receipts without a matching transaction sit in a folder of their own.
Automatically from your inbox
The next version fetches invoices from Gmail or IMAP by itself, turns invoice emails into PDFs and drops the finished folder for your tax accountant every month. Sign up and I'll let you know when it starts.
Common questions about the receipt matcher
Are my files uploaded?
No. The CSV and PDFs are read in your browser, and the ZIP is created there too. None of it reaches my server.
Which bank exports work?
The usual CSV exports from banks and credit cards with date, amount and reference. The tool also reads files in the old Windows character set correctly.
Why isn't an invoice recognised?
Usually the PDF is a scan without text, or the amount differs by a few cents, for example because of currency or fees. Those receipts are listed at the bottom and you match them by hand.
Does this cost anything?
No. Matching in the browser stays free. For the automatic version that reads your inbox there is the waiting list.
