Do your emails land in spam? Find out before your clients do.

Send a perfectly normal email to a throwaway address. The check looks at SPF, DKIM, DMARC, reverse DNS, blacklists, the content and the structure of the email and gives you a score from 0 to 10.

Your test address

Ready · 7 checks · score 0 to 10

Send a perfectly normal email from your mail program to this address. Subject and text don't matter. The result shows up here after a few seconds.

The test email is not stored, only the result, for 24 hours.

Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft have become stricter. Without SPF, DKIM and DMARC, emails land in spam faster or don't arrive at all.

You don't notice spam. You only notice that nobody replies.

Quotes don't arrive

You send a quote, the client never sees it. You think they're not interested.

Invoices in the spam folder

Payments come later, reminders too. And in the end nobody received anything.

Nobody tells you

Mail providers don't report that they filter out your emails. You only find out with a test.

Seven points that decide between inbox and spam

The score is calculated with fixed rules, not guessed by an AI. Every point comes with one sentence on what to do.

SPF Who may send

Whether your mail server is allowed to send for your domain.

DKIM Digital signature

Whether the email was changed on the way and really comes from you.

DMARC Protection against spoofing

What receivers should do with emails that pretend to be from you.

rDNS Name of the server IP

A missing or wrong name is a classic spam signal.

Blacklists Blocked IPs

Whether your server IP is on known blocklists.

Rspamd Content and links

Your email runs through a real spam filter. It rates subject, text and links just like on the receiving end.

Structure Headers and format

Missing required headers or HTML-only emails without a text version. Filters catch on that.

Score One number from 0 to 10

All points together make up your score. A fixed deduction per error, no AI.

Lukas, sysadmin

Hi, I'm Lukas.

I'm a sysadmin and run mail servers with Postfix and Rspamd. The spam check runs on exactly that kind of server.

When you book the fix, I set up the records myself and retest afterwards. No ticket, no waiting line.

Common questions about the spam check

What happens to my test email?

It is analysed and discarded right away. Only the result is stored, for 24 hours.

What does the score mean?

10 is best. Every point that is missing or wrong costs you. The rules are fixed, no AI guesses.

What exactly does the spam fix do?

I set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly for your domain and run a retest afterwards. Problems with the content of your emails or a blocked IP we discuss first.

How do you get access to my DNS?

Not with a password in an email. After booking you tell me your DNS provider, and I get back to you with the safest way. Usually that is a separate account or a DNS-only token.

Does this work with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

Yes. The check tests any email, no matter which service it comes from. Every provider supports records for SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
