Who sends email in your name? The DMARC monitor tells you every week.
Google, Microsoft, Yahoo and others send reports every day on which servers sent email with your domain. They come as XML attachments and nobody reads them. The monitor analyses them and sends you a short email you can actually understand.
- Free during the trial phase
- One DNS record, nothing else
- Numbers from fixed rules
Add your domain
After you confirm, you get the ready-made DNS record by email. If you already have a DMARC record, it is kept and only extended.
Since 2024, Gmail and Yahoo require a DMARC record from bulk senders. Whether it works, you only see in the reports.
What's in the weekly email
How many emails get through
How many emails with your domain were seen and how many passed DMARC.
Who sends in your name
Every sending server by name: Microsoft 365, Google, your newsletter tool or a server you don't know.
What you should do
If a known sender fails, it is missing from SPF or DKIM. If it is unknown, someone is trying to spoof your domain.
Set up in three steps
- 01
Enter domain and email
You confirm your address with one click in the email.
- 02
Set one DNS record
You get the ready-made value for
_dmarc.your-domain. Your policy stays as it is. - 03
Read the weekly email
Providers usually send their reports once a day. After about a week the first summary arrives.
Hi, I'm Lukas.
I run mail servers with Postfix and Rspamd. The monitor runs on the same server as the spam check.
If you see something red in the weekly email and don't want to fix it yourself, I'll do it at a fixed price of 49 €.
Common questions about the DMARC monitor
What does the monitor cost?
Nothing during the trial phase. If it starts costing money, I'll tell you first, and you decide whether to continue.
What is stored?
Your email address, the domain and the rows from the reports: sending IP, count, and whether SPF and DKIM matched. The report emails themselves are not stored. The numbers are deleted after 90 days.
Can I keep my current DMARC reporting?
Yes. The record can list several addresses. The monitor's address is simply added with a comma.
Does anything change about my emails?
No. The reports only show what happens. Only when you set the policy to quarantine or reject do receivers behave differently.
How do I stop?
With the unsubscribe link in every email. We then delete your address, the domain and all numbers for it. Afterwards you remove the address from your DMARC record again.
