Hosting
This website runs on our own server at Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data centre in Nuremberg. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner.
Server log files
When you open a page, our web server stores the IP address, date and time, requested address, status code, transferred data volume, referrer and browser identifier. This serves security and troubleshooting (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The logs are rotated weekly and deleted after five weeks at the latest.
Cookies
We do not use tracking or marketing cookies. If you switch the language, a cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) stores your choice until you close the browser. It is technically necessary (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG) and contains no personal data.
Contact form and email
When you write to us via the form or by email, we process your name, email address, optionally your company and your message in order to answer your inquiry. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), otherwise our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Our server forwards form inquiries by email to our mailbox. We manage our email with Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland) under a data processing agreement. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We delete your inquiry once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods require longer storage (up to 10 years for business letters).
Booking via Cal.com
For intro calls we link to Cal.com. Only when you book a slot there does Cal.com, Inc. (USA) process your name, your email address, the chosen time and what you tell us about your request. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Cal.com's privacy notice also applies: cal.com/privacy
Fonts
All fonts are served from our own server. No data is sent to Google or other providers when you open a page.
Links to other websites
Links to other providers open their website. Only then do their privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Just write to info@diengdoh.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; ours is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
